This help article explains how to run a first image search in the FindBao customer workspace. For advice on choosing better reference images, use the separate image preparation guide. Operating the workspace and judging a sourcing lead are different tasks.
Open the workspace and check current access
Follow the image-search entry on the website to the customer workspace and sign in or register as prompted. Available searches, upload limits and controls are shown in the current workspace; do not assume an old guide reflects present access or pricing. If the search screen is missing, first confirm that you are signed into the intended account.
Submit an image and keep the original
Choose an image in which the target product is visible. For a scene with several objects, use a selection control if the workspace offers one, or crop the target locally and keep the original for context. Note the image and search date so that a later attempt with a different view can be compared.
Read results as leads to verify
Open promising results and record product links, company names, the parts that appear similar and clear differences. A search result is not FindBao certification of manufacturing identity, rights or delivery capability. For the next sourcing step, read finding a manufacturer from an image.
When no useful result appears
Try another angle or crop, add a view of the defining structure and write down material, size, target volume and market. No result in one search does not establish that the product is unavailable or that no relevant design rights exist. Review those separate questions with the design-record risk checklist. If human assistance is needed, see how assisted sourcing works; the actual scope and deliverables depend on the agreed assignment.
