Define the product and target-factory profile
Lock the product function, materials, dimensions, tolerances, appearance, target markets, expected volume, and required production processes before looking for names.

Build an evidence-backed longlist
Use product images, directories, trade records, exhibitions, referrals, and related design records to find candidates, then record the legal entity and product evidence behind each lead.
Send one comparable RFQ
Give every candidate the same specification, quantity breaks, tooling and sample questions, packaging, Incoterm, lead-time, and payment assumptions so incomplete or evasive answers stand out.
Qualify factories before nomination
Verify identity and payee details, inspect facility and process evidence, compare samples, and use a pilot order or inspection before committing meaningful volume.
