FindBao offers self-service image search and product or company leads as well as limited human assistance. Before commissioning work, separate a purchasing topic covered by an article from a task FindBao currently performs. The current scope below still depends on the written terms of each assignment.
Self-service workspace functions
Buyers can search with product images in the customer workspace, read product and company leads and preserve promising results for later checks. Visual similarity does not establish an original factory or mean FindBao has checked rights, compliance or delivery capability. See how to start an image search for the first workspace steps.
Assisted services currently available
Assisted product sourcing: use images, intended use, specifications, volume and destination market to organize candidate products and supplier leads. Agree the number of candidates, output format, timing and fee for the actual project; see the sourcing request process.
Assisted inquiries and quote comparison: after the requirement is clear, contact agreed candidates and place specification differences, included charges, MOQ and delivery conditions into a comparable record. Agree the contact set, clarification rounds and deliverable in advance; see the inquiry process.
Tasks not currently offered
Supplier verification or on-site audits, purchasing for the buyer, collecting or remitting goods deposits and balances, escrow, product inspection, production follow-up, warehousing, consolidated shipping, fulfillment and after-sales handling are not current FindBao assisted services. Resource-center guides may explain how buyers arrange these stages; the guides do not make FindBao the executor. Buyers should appoint a suitable outside party and agree responsibility where such work is needed.
Choose the next step from the actual need
With one image and no product name or supplier, begin with self-service search and consider assisted sourcing if needed. With a clear specification and candidate list, discuss assisted inquiries. At sample approval, audit, payment or freight stages, first identify the party that will actually carry out each task instead of assuming FindBao takes over. Buyers retain decisions on specification, contract, compliance, payment and final supplier selection.
Six questions before commissioning
What is the target outcome? What exactly will be delivered? How many candidates will be contacted or documented? Who provides and approves source information? How are fees or commission calculated and paid? What happens if requirements change or no suitable candidate is found? Without an applicable agreement, do not treat an original-factory match, lowest price or payment protection as a FindBao promise. See service fees versus goods payments.
